More similar to the full-on control lists than its cousin, the UWR midrange lists featuring Geist of Saint Traft.
The inclusion of the one-of Isochron Scepter is nice. It'll catch the unsuspecting player off-guard, and with the right spell, can win a game on its own. As long as there aren't too many abrupt decays flying around, this seems like a fine inclusion.
The list seems a little rough and could use some tweaking. But don't count it out because of all the unusual numbers. Try it out for yourself first.
